High-Level Task Force welcomes the Joint Statement of Member States on the Sustainable Development Goals

Today, at the Fourth Session of the Open Working Group on the Sustainable Development Goals, the United Nations Ambassador of Uruguay delivered a Joint Statement on behalf of 23 Member States.

Today, at the Fourth Session of the Open Working Group on the Sustainable Development Goals, the United Nations Ambassador of Uruguay delivered a Joint Statement on behalf of 24 Member States, representing a cross-regional group of countries, calling for “a greatly needed focus on very important aspects of the rights-based agenda that we aspire to build, on behalf of [the Uruguayan] delegation and the following Member States: Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Mozambique, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
